The design project began with creating a spacious three-bedroom layout within the existing structure on the plot. Formal living and dining areas remain indoors, while a semi-open family sit-out extends towards the front garden. The building's elevation features an additional screen that complements the existing structure, adorned with arched elements to highlight various openings on the ground floor. This double-height elevation covers the front and side of the terrace, creating a partially hidden, partially open space ideal for gatherings.
The elevation is finished in pure white to promote a relaxing and calming atmosphere. Interior finishes and materials were chosen for their minimalism, reducing overall costs and maintenance. The garden features lush greenery and a swimming pool, with the pool’s shape echoing the arched elements of the elevation. This design creates a captivating shadow effect, enhancing the visual appeal of the space.
