The National Data Centre, North-East Region is a cutting-edge digital infrastructure facility envisioned as a symbol of technological advancement, sustainability, and regional identity. Designed by Siar & Partners, this project redefines the architecture of data infrastructure through an expressive blend of innovation, culture, and environmental consciousness.

The design concept draws inspiration from the dynamic flow of data and the organic forms of nature, reflected in the building’s fluid contours and layered façade. The structure integrates advanced digital aesthetics, highlighted by the circuit-inspired LED patterns that symbolize connectivity and information flow — a visual metaphor for India’s digital transformation.

Emphasizing green architecture, the building features vertical gardens, passive shading devices, and rooftop solar integration to minimize its environmental footprint. The interplay of natural materials, light, and ventilation creates a sustainable, human-centric work environment within a highly technical facility.
