The proposed design for the LIC India building in Patna envisions a contemporary vertical landmark that seamlessly integrates architecture with nature. Sited on a 28,000 sq. ft. plot, the project responds to the dense urban context through a slender, curvilinear form that maximizes natural light, ventilation, and green spaces.

The tower’s organic façade features vertical green terraces and planter bands, creating a biophilic skin that enhances thermal comfort while softening the building’s visual impact on the city skyline. The base of the structure flows dynamically into the public realm, accommodating visitor drop-off zones, a landscaped forecourt, and pedestrian-friendly circulation.

A roof garden crowns the tower, offering a recreational retreat for occupants and contributing to the building’s environmental performance.
